Has Toshiba ever produced 2SA1360 in green plastic? Those 3423 and 1360 look like fakes

Yes, Toshiba Did you are correct in the Color. If you are referring to the ones for Sale, there not Fake.

Thanks for reminding me if some are still available by Friday, I would like to get 6 pairs of the 2SA1360Y & 2SC3423Y Transistors if you might happen to have any 2SC4883 and any 2SB817 & 2SD1047 let me know Sanyo made these devices the 2SC4883 was by Sanken application is for a Adcom 535 and a Onkyo Amplifier.
