Pcbshopper.com shows QTY 100 boards will run you around $90 - $200 shipped depending on the specs you select for the boards. You still have a huge (20x-40x) profit margin there which I'd assume is acceptable. ;)

Places like PCB shopper only make standard boards using cheap dielectrics.

BOSC pcbs have have a high performance dielectric as well as a tightly controlled custom stackup and not the standard 1oz copper.

Individual PCB services off the comparison tool, such as PCBWay, allow you to select specific exotic high-speed dielectric materials, and they are still very reasonable for >100x quantity production.

But either way I do hope you end up selling these. Whether or not the kickstarter funds completely, you clearly do have demand for this unique and well designed amplifier. As the amps get out there and get more reviews you'll continue to sell more of them.

BOSC quality...

Every BOSC amp is hand-assembled and tested in the USA, by yours truly.

The circuit board (PCB) uses a high-quality dielectric, has a gold finish (ENIG), and is assembled in Eatontown, NJ.

The components all come from high-end semiconductor manufacturers: Texas Instruments; Analog Devices; Murata; Panasonic; and NXP; to name a few.

The output filter inductors use oxygen-free copper (OFC) and are specifically made for Class-D amplifiers.

Even though Orchard Audio is new to the market, I have multiple patents and over a decade of experience in designing audio electronics.

I believe that you will be very happy with both the sound and quality of BOSC amplifiers.
