Is this "sale thread" still actual?

I wrote with the founder of the thread (liubincalvin) in December 2018, we changed few PMs. We both agreed to make deal during the January 2019, I was going to buy a transistors from him... But since then I have no contact with him, he stopped communicate, he dont response to my PMs, even though he has been on the forum few times already.

Does anybody know, what happened?
