No DC or AC on outputs.

The Music That Makes Me Dance
You Won't Forget Me

sounds really relaxed, present and musical playing over my AckoDac AKD12, Ian FIFO, dual klock board, selected NKD wissler.straigth into a pair of nCore 400/SMPS600 and a pair prototype speakers.

Lets change DAC.

No sound. No strange noise either. Dead silense. Now someting to eat.

//

For newer versions of the Amanero pins 17-20 are no longer ground but the sample rate indicator, see attachment at post (http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/vendors-bazaar/259488-reference-dac-module-discrete-r-2r-sign-magnitude-24-bit-384-khz-91.html#post419713).
As far as I can see from your pictures you seem to have conneted one of those pins to the I2S inputs of the DAC.

(Hence a wild guess: flashing green LED means no imput detected)
