MQA Module

Would if be difficult to add a MQA module? I understand there are licensing fees and patents that would probably not work for DIY projects.

Typical industry practice is to not sell modules or chips to anyone without a license. In fact these days some open market chips come with data sheets that are essentially useless. I can't imagine anyone thinking of reverse engineering MQA (why bother)?
