We use standard 0.1"-pitch headers in general.
Terminal Blocks are 5mm pin spacing, but often also have 0.1" pads when possible.
The only custom length headers we use are for stacking output stages, and those lengths are determined by the stacking hardware (spacers) used (currently we are supplying .5" female-female spacers). I don't remember the length of those 3-pin headers off the top of my head, but I can look it up if that is what you are after.
