Tony, are you interested in reverse-engineering the folded horn? I think it is possible to be made smaller and lighter without compromising the bass performance too much.

There are a few key parameters in a horn design that affects how it sounds: compression chamber size, horn length, closed-end cross-sectional area and opened-end cross-sectional area.
I have roughly estimated the parameters:
horn length: ~2.7m, should be longer
Compression chamber vol: >13L, can be tuned to taste according to Fostex
Closed-end XO area: 140cm^2
opened-end XO area:1225cm^2
With these parameters, we can engineer the horn with minimal calculations.
