4 years ago, I ordered 10 15VA small customized toroids, the shipping was double of yours, here is the quote from Tomasz:
Dear Fred,
Audio grade TS15VA PRI: 2x 115V SEC: 2x 12V costs 20,00 EUR/pc.
Shipping cost to USA for 6kg package which can takes 10 pcs. - 51,00 EUR.
According to the web page, 2 x KT88 OT's fit a 6kg package as well.
Edit: there is no shipping option to US or Canada yet.

I just used their standard online process for ordering.
The shipping cost calculated seemed reasonable; so I just proceeded with the order.
On the receipt provided with the goods, it indicates:
Transport: Koszty wysylki
The package was delivered here in Australia by UPS.
Online you should be able to replicate my experience.
(Total cost inc delivery for 2 items = $190.57 USD.)

Hi drpro,
Compare the core size between the two transformers. Hammond cores are typically much larger than others with similar ratings. I looked at many before settling on Hammond products. The larger core will give you lower distortion, especially at higher power levels and low frequencies.

Thanks Chris, I probably will go the Hammond route for the simple reason one transformer covers all of the voltages needed. I believe this will result in a cleaner simpler build, at an increase in cost, though not a huge one. Also the wait times on the Edcor products is a bummer.
Finally got to keep sending those dollars to Canadian companies!!!

EXP is the potted version. About 4X as much to ship down South!!

May be only for those in Europe because of freight cost to US
the following transformer are perfectely adapted to the KT88 version :
Power transformer (85 €) : TSTA 250/001 TOROIDY - Transformateur: toroidal audio | TME - Composants electroniques
You can use 275 V AC = 385 V DC or 330 V AC = 460 V DC but in this case you need to use 500 V DC electrolytic capacitors and 630 V DV film capacitors !
