mono circuit description:
2.5k resistor (each) from the 16 ohm tap of the left and right OPTs
in parallel with a single 5k resistor( to ground) thence to a single RCA jack at the rear.

would it be possible to split the above mono center channel out signal (of a vintage tube amp) into two separate left and right out(s)?

left and right signals to be fed to a stereo amp for biamping.

tnx for your replies.

saw your website. nice. i have the AR 2AX, my friend has the AR28, i use an old NAD 501 as source and a Grundig V20 for driving these ARs.

tnx again.:)

Thank you! :D

How little is the world! And I thought my ARs were lonely children... ;)

If you want to hear serious music from them (because they can, oh they can rival very expensive speakers) you have to power them with extreme amps, like 200 or more watts per channel. They like it BIG :D SAE amps come to mind, but even big Marantz like the 250.
