Is this top of bottom view of 12AX7 / 6N30P?

Reality check before I burn stuff: Is this top of socket view or bottom of socket view for these tubes?

Thanks so much

Petter

Hi Petter.Glad to hear from you.
I think I remembered an old rule for tubes that the 1 was first left view from bottom.Don't know if it makes clear or not, but...I am not so tubed :darkside:

I think you could see the filaments at the center of the tube, should be 4 5 with 6.3V

Sometimes the common is not specified to inside tube for a 12V operation

OUUUPPSS ! :bomb: :pirate:

Hope you won't burn anything....
