Its been a while since I posted-- Mrs. Annan put the kibosh on the DIYAudio hobby for a while. Fortunately, a kind soul bought me the S5 Electronics K-12M 8W PP tube amp kit for my birthday, so now I'm back in business... well, sort of.
While I'm interested in the amplifier (and yes, I've seen VoltSecond's S5 amp mod webpage), what I really want is a tube phono preamplifier. You know what's comin', right?
Is there a way for me to leverage the existing parts in the S5 kit and create a phono preamplifier with them?
As always, any help would be greatly appreciated.
