That 310V can't be right.I don't see a drop to 200V to get the voltages from the schematic.More over, the selenium rectifier is for max 250V~ input.

Perhaps, but then also another rectifier.
Not a B250C125 but B300C125 !

Certainly 4X UF4007s or other low noise/high PIV type at build time.

Other diodes is a allways possible but that's not the point.
The 300V measured is not correct or the transformer is not the one in the schematic.

Thanks all for your feedback. Given the simplicity of the RH84 design and the importance of component quality have decided to order the transformers required per the spec. Have given up trying to make a 'square peg fit into a round hole' with the recycled transformers.

I'm sure will be reaching out for help with the build once the BoM arrives.
