Absolutely stunnig for such an obsolete technology.
20 years ago this has been gone to the bins regularly and now its time for big cash.

Good luck with the auction. I'll be keeping one eye on its progress as a matter of interest.

The Grampian amp went for the starting price of £80, so not much call for excitement there!

However, I do think someone got a bit of a bargain!

And the buyer then asked if they could collect and pay for it in 5-6 weeks ! So many idiots on there.

Devilbay has become a fraudster paradise, too.
Had two guys from asia who wanted to rip me off by re-routing of the goods to unregistered addresses. Beware of those guys.

Given the listing was collection only, 5-6 weeks is not unreasonable if the buyer was a distance away: Especially under current circumstances.
Could you have negotiated a deposit in good faith?

Too late now, you've insulted him!

Actually EBay rules state payment must be made within 48 hours , the buyer is 23 miles from me , and why not ask before bidding if itís ok to collect in 5-6 weeks , and itís totally NOT reasonable in the slightest to expect a seller to wait so long for collection and payment, heís an inconsiderate idiot and the reason most of us dislike eBay .
