I had some extra Hammond 1627SEA output transformers, two power transformers, and two spare chassis sitting around so I built this amplifier but only one in monoblock form:

The amp appears to have minimal gain, even less so than my DIY Aleph J. My Classe preamplifier - which has plenty of gain - has difficulties getting any volume out of the amplifier. Should I increase the 100K feedback resistor or ??
I know 86dB speakers and 10Ws aren't an ideal mix - but I was expecting something listenable and then running into clipping on peaks. But I'm not even getting that.
