Always on bias supply a problem?

Due to convenience and laziness, I've added a bias transformer (instead of a boost converter) to provide negative bias. Anyone think it's a problem for it to be always on even while the tubes are cold?
If it is, I can add a relay.

EDIT: It's my GU29 amp. ~ -20V bias.
