this schematic is that of the original, mine is considerably modified.
the relay on the power supply with the resistance of 3k 10w is a mute stand by that no longer exists in mine.
i will measure my winding this we and give the consumption and the tension b + this we because this week i have too much work to go to the workshop.
after, all this does not tell me why I had two failures of heating with the EH in two different amplifiers ...

Please Post an accurate real circuit of each amplifier.
Then we might be able to determine why the rectifiers failed.
As to having a first capacitor of 100uF and no 3k resistor and time delay relay,
That is most likely the cause of the rectifier failures.
Reduce the size of the first cap if you will not use the resistor and time delay relay.
I believe if you fix the amplifier(s), it will not cause rectifier failures.
Follow the rules of the rectifier specifications, and then the EH rectifiers will work reliably.

I think what I am learning the most, is how much I am still learning.
+1
You are welcome.

+1 and being here is how i gained a lot of learnings from the tube gurus...
the things i learned from reading books can not compare to the learnings one get from this forum...
