What type should be the NPN transistor?

What kind of OPT need this circuit?

I experienced bias drift on the handful of these circuits i messed with, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you are prepared to go really deep into the rabbit hole to optimize it, Broskie goes further into discussion on it in later posts that may be helpful.

I used 6922 with 400v MJE13005 in a push pull config for 30w on 150 B+
