It's marketing puff.

The circuit is book-standard transformer *equivalent*. All that stuff is in there, like it or not.

Except-- it isn't a transformer! No turns-ratio, no isolation.

The text below that confounds reactance, information, and distortion in an unclear way.
 
Those diagrams are usually used to teach about the "equivalent" circuit that the tube "sees" and that the speaker "sees", and to model effects like frequency response due to so-called "stray" inter-winding and intra-winding capacitance. Note all the quotes in the above because it's just a rough model for teaching.

Except in this case, a bunch of gobbledegook word salad is placed under it to make the reader think that it's so complex they can't possibly understand it and it's better left to the experts at their company. Some of the statements are probably false...

So here we have a sort of anti-teaching moment brought to you by advertising.
