Anyone had any luck contacting these guys ?
hifiandaudio, UK based valve amplifier retailer, we stock single ended and push-pull vacumm tube amplifiers

They apparently sell a range of reasonably priced valve amps, but they refuse to answer emails. Maybe a scam ?

I've emailed them 4 times now, to find out when the amps will be back in stock, but have not received any reply. They do not give a phone number either.

Must be scammers.

At those cheap prices it looks to me that these are enthusiasts not hard headed businessmen with a viable sales model.

They're probably caught in a familiar situation for audio enthusiasts - if they give up the day job they don't have the income, and if they don't they don't have the time.

The £325 se amp is in stock. Looks like another Chinese operation to me.

Just checked them out on Companies House. It is a husband and wife team based in Brackley, but the products are imported from China. Last published accounts show total assets of £1.8k

But why just ignore emails from potential customers ? Has it not occurred to them that warnings would get posted like this one ? Definitely not hard headed businessmen.

A shame this company is no more - certainly not scammers!
Bought a SE valve amp from them 3 years ago & they were a pleasure to deal with.
The amp sounds superb 😊
