Supposing about 2 ma @ each of them, then 20mA is capable any low power triode, as, for expmple, 6S4, 6DE7, 12B4, etc. The problem is the voltage drop you want.

If you plan to have tube regulator and each 6SN7 draw, say 10 mA, then my suggestion is 6AS7G.
Much depends on the total current draw.

Im drawing about 7.5ma per each channel which is one tube.
Can we use something like TUNGSOL 5AR4?

5AR4/GZ34 is fine for this task. As far as I have been able to ascertain all of the current Russian made 5AR4 are electrically identical, differing only in the color and type of base used.

Not sure what you meant by sag since if this is a class A amplifier circuit the average load current is invariant and variations in operating voltage as a function of signal level should not occur. There will likely be a difference in loaded vs unloaded supply voltage.

Im looking for the rectifier tube not the regulator but if you can recommend anything for regulation is also fine.

A rectifier for 25-30mA, a 6X4 goes OK.
