Storing spare tubes

Maybe I wasn't clear on what I wanted to do. Rather than forget replacement tubes, I put all of them in a small pack to store in the back part of the "compartment" behind the speaker.

One potential issue could be blocking cooling airflow, as there is a cooling fan back there. Another issue could be (depending where the pack of tubes rests) blocking sound airflow to the speaker.

It's probably not worth doing, but I just wondered if anyone stores stuff behind speakers in their tube amps, or keeps that area open.
