Matching 16 ohm loudspeaker into 8 ohm output transformer: can i do any modification?

Hello I have the following EL34 SE schema but I have a 16 ohm loudspeaker to be connected to the 8 ohm output.

Should I be worried about this?

Can I do any modification to the circuit in order to better match the impedance?

I cannot change of course the transformer, so i was thinking to add or change any resistor.

Any idea?

(I already put a 16 ohm resistor in parallel to the loudspeaker but I don't like the sonic outcome...)
