I'm not sure it's "r" ... I have few tubes made by Philips in Canada and they have US designations, according to that these ones should be branded 6BL8 or 6BL8 / ECF80 and without "Miniwatt"!

They are exactly the same construction, same printing on tube and 100% the same boxes like Philips Delta codes made in Herlen plant, so I'm pretty sure they are EU origin.
