Default Amp caused crack

I have a Jolida integrated amplifier, JD302BRC. It has been working well until recently. Every time when I turned the amp on, during the warm-up period, I would hear a couple of loud cracks form the right channel speaker even with the volume turned all the way down. After that everything is fine, no any problem as long as it's on. It does not happen to the left channel, only the right channel.

What could be wrong? Would replacing old tubes with new one solve the problem?

Thank you for your advice.

Change the tubes from right channel to the left and see what happens...if the cracks change to the left, then you have a fault tube (s).

Have a go at cleaning the tube pins and if they are octal types also check the soldering in the ends of the pins. Also this can be checked by gently rocking them in the holders while the amp is on but before they get too hot to touch.
