Did you modify the *.inc file as shown above? I don't use LTSpice but I think you also need to put the model in the same directory as the schematic file and use the ".inc" command to "include" the model in the drawing.

The files LTspice supports are
Schematics(asc) Netlists(cir,net,sp) Waveforms(raw,fra) Discretes(bjt,cap,dio,ind,jft,mos,res) Symbols(asy) I did change ^ with ** but an error wakes up The error says ' Multiple instances of "print" ' |
