The design is provided for DIY use only. I'm happy to talk licensing if you'd like to use the circuit for commercial use (I'd seriously questions your decision-making, but hey ... money is money... )

Hi Alan,

I have Tom's original board and new parts to build the entire amplifier, plus a bunch of impossible to find NOS tubes. Another build got more expensive than I was anticipating, so I have been debating about whether to sell or build myself. If interested, let me know.
