hi guys,
I have Class A solid state single ended double mosfet 10 watt by Mark housten DIY AUDIO PROJECTS - Do-It-Yourself Hi-Fi for Audiophiles drive 1 pair bookshelf 6,5" dayton speaker 8 ohm.
I wanna build preamp tube, which topology is more suitable: SRPP 12AU7 OR PSRR 12AU7 / 2C51 (all use rec 6SX5GT) ?
do you guys have any similiar shcema to share with me ?
thank's anyway guys..........!

How much gain do you need? In most cases the answer is none.
However, if you want gain then I guess an Aikido is better then SRPP. SRPP is fine for driving a little power into a known impedance (such as a headphone amp) but can generate distortion for the 'wrong' load impedance. Unless, of course, you like distortion (some do!).
