Well the tube uses 6DJ8 family and it uses a bridged rectifier that's rated at 8A 400V. Is there any chance than a 6DJ8 circuit to consume such amperage?

I want to replace the bridged rectifier with 4A 1000V ultrafast diodes (fashioned into a bridged rectifier).

Thanks for the replies.

Jayel

ps. I'm not sure if this belongs to the proper section so I apolgize if advance. :)
