Can I use Jung CCS? for voltage regulation I'm using VR150 tube.

Felipe, the measurements are OK.

But if you want to make the 2 sides better matched, you could increased the bias resistor on the side that draws more current.

Try adding 0.68 ohm wirewound 5W in series with the 10 ohm bias resistor, to reduce the anode current of the 6.5mA side to make it nearer to the 5.7mA side.

Thanks Rod, another question: isn't too high 970mA & 990mA? have to be both channels the same current?

Normal current is 1050mA, but this is only a guide. The voltage of 1.5V across the filament is more important.

Some constructors use low current (starved filament) to reduce microphonics). But do not do this unless you need to, as the lifetime of the DHT may be reduced.

If you reduce the current (adjust the regulator for lower voltage across filament), you must increase the 10 ohm bias resistor to get the anode current back to about 6mA. Just use Ohm's Law.
