do u have pre-amp?

If u have high gain pre-amp, #76 is good enough for #45. You better use IT for maximum gain!

mu of #76 is 13.8, so u need near 4V input for max power on #45.

How about 1:2 Interstage?

EDIT: I just found out the VT-76 also exists as type 76 from RCA, unfortunately I can't seem to find much detail about it other than that it is a medium-u triode.
