Hi,
I'm planning on trying 417/5842 with an 1:1 IT on my
300B amp. Question, how do I choose the right one ?
If we look at the Rp of the 417/5842, I would assume
the that IT to choose would have an input impedance of
about 8 - 10k. Is this correct ? Theres also another thing
that I'm confused about. Being a 1:1 tranny, the output
impedance would be the same as in the input. Now with
such a high output impedance how is it possible that it
is able to drive a 300B ?

Thank you all in advance for the advice
