Here I have something for you.
A standard cascode looks as follows:
Anode voltage 100V, screen grid 110V and bias -1,5V.
Connect anode to B+ through R=6,8 ... 8,2K, screengrid to B+ through R=36 ... 39K.
This gives: u = 200, S = 30mA/V and Ri = 8 kohm.

Trioded: u = 30 ... 35, S = 30mA/V, Ri = 1,2Kohm.
