TSE Help With B+

I'd like to raise my B+ on a TSE I built a few years ago, and I would like some help understanding how to calculate what I need.

Currently, I have a Hammond 193J choke installed in place of R4 and a 47uF, 450V capacitor in C4. This produces 360V on B+.

How do I calculate a value for C4 that will raise my voltage to 390V?

George points to a chart for this on the website, but I wasn't able to find it.

Recommendations on capacitor type are also appreciated.
