Winggo,
I use a Rolls Promatch to bring the RCA level signal up to a pro-audio XLR balanced level. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/ROLLS-MB15b-...olls+promatch&qid=1553984541&s=gateway&sr=8-1
Then the XLR output from the Promatch goes to a Behringer DCX2496. Keep in mind this Behringer doesn't accept RCA type inputs - it only accepts balanced XLR inputs.
Here's a link to it: https://www.amazon.com/Behringer-DC...words=dcx2496&qid=1553984590&s=gateway&sr=8-2
The Behringer is a cool device - you can use it as a crossover/compressor/limiter/and for adding parametric equalization (which is fantastic). It does a bunch of other things I simply don't understand. You'll probably also want a calibration microphone (I use MiniDSP Umik-1) and the free REW software. The output of the Behringer gets fed back into the Rolls Promatch to convert the XLR signal back into RCA level (boosted this time).
I bought my DCX2496 used off eBay.
Regarding the hum, have you tried grounding your amp chassis to your electrical ground?
Dave
