JJ 2A3-40 are single plate like some of the rare vintage 2A3's and are said to have better sonics because of that on a number of forum threads etc.

First of all I want to make trials with some less expensive 2A3 tubes and when the amp will be tuned I World like use the JJ’s

Yes. All boards should get that jumper except those used with external power supplies.
I bought 10 of those Shuguang 2A3 tubes around 1993 from New Sensor, I believe .They all still function.
