Default SSE problem

I built a Tubelab SSE a 7 years ago and just recently i had a pair of kt88s start arcing. I replaced all the tubes and now audio is weak and muddy. I am going to pull out the multimeter this weekend but any suggestions on where to check. Just want to narrow it down.

Thanks Mike, C12 done blowed up. When i play through it I had mush in both channels. I am guessing I should recap? I will be honest I ran it 5. Years never turning it off.

You may have lost the output tubes. I would check all passives and replace as necessary. The sse is not a complicated amp.
