Thanks for the help. Except for a couple of caps that have been sitting in Memphis at tube depot for a couple of days I'm done with this part.

Yours: Mine
Current - IEC 10A Current - IEC 6A
Filter Type Unfiltered - Commercial Filtered (EMI, RFI) - Commercial
Fuse Holder, Drawer Fuse Holder, Twin Fused Fuse Holder, Drawer Fuse Holder
Current - UL 10A Current - UL 6A

Is there anything in there to worry about?

Also I am looking for an on/off switch with a long knob kind of like this, any suggestions?

Those switches used to be known as lever or leaf switches. I seriously doubt you can get one from the usual new parts vendors.

Surplus parts houses like Fair Radio or Surplus Sales of Nebraska might have some; they often show up at hamfests.
