T1 refers to the power transformer.

T1-1 is the center tap on the high voltage winding of the power transformer. This is often a red wire with a yellow stripe. It is also the ground point for the board.

T1-2 and T1-3 are the 5 volt heater winding leads from the power transformer. These are often yellow wires. Some transformers have a center tap on the 5 volt winding. Do NOT connect it to anything, ESPECIALLY ground.

T1-4 and T1-5 are the high voltage winding leads from the power transformer. They are often red.

T1-6 is the center tap for the 6.3 volt heater winding of the power transformer. It is usually a green wire with a yellow stripe. Do not connect this to ground, just the transformer wire goes here.

T1-7 and T1-8 are the 6.3 volt heater winding leads from the power transformer. They are usually green.

T2 and T3 are the output transformers.

T2-1 and T3-1 are the B+ leads from the primary windings on the output transformers.

T2-2 and T3-2 are the PLATE leads from the primary windings on the output transformers.

The original TSE board is no longer being made, and was replaced by the TSE-II, primarily because the filament regulator has gone extinct and the remaining stock got grabbed up by hoarders. Make sure you can get (or have) this part if you are just starting a new build.
