Either will work, just make sure it fits in the board. My early amps used a B+ in the 320 volt range and I built them with 100 uF 350 volt caps. The later amps used 360 to 375 volts which required a 450 volt cap. Some 100 uF 450 volt caps are too large to fit in the PC board. The tall skinny ones are OK. The lead spacing is the issue, but I am not at home now and I don't remember exactly what the correct spacing should be.
