Hi, I fired up my amp this morning to find no audio in the left hand channel

I have re-flowed all the sockets which has caused dry/poor solder joints in the past to no avail.
All the heaters are on and working, the front tube does get very hot due to it not doing any work

what parts and where should I test?
Is it possible for the MOSFET to have failed and what would the symptoms of that be?
