I was in the same situation over the weekend, and I decided to order p/n 747-DSEI12-10A. This has nearly the same specs as the 747-DSEI12-12A, the only differences being:

10A 12A
------ ------
Vfwd 2.1V 2.2V
Pdsp 75W 78W
Vrev 1000V 1200V

Are these specs not acceptable? I noticed that Mr. Tubelab mentioned a reverse voltage of 1200V...

Should I order the DSEI20-12A instead?

Thanks,
Eddie
