Using AppFT at uspto.gov, I find nothing relevant to the REV33 with Dennis as an inventor, nor anything with REVx Technologies as the assignee. I found four applications with Dennis as an inventor while at Texas Instruments, but again, nothing related to the REV33.

Try Wayne Powell as inventor. REVx is unlikely to be an assignee.

Why not? REVx Technologies, Inc. is the assignee on that other patent, and REVx Technologies is the company behind the REV33.

Tried Powell and basically just get two applications that are just the same nonsense of the patent cited above.

This just smells fishier and fishier.

There are business reasons not to do so (like not losing the patent to creditors if the business folds).

Have you asked directly about the published application?

Yes. Both on the phone yesterday and on Facebook today.

"What's the application number? If it's been allowed, it would have been published."

Aren't applications published after 18 months whether allowed or not?
