Default Anybody else have the problem of storing too many parts?

I am running out of space and containers. This is getting ridiculous.

Look at the bright side! At least you have reasonable chance of finding something that you are looking for! It's way ahead of the common "6 huge cardboard boxes" inventory system!

I knew someone was gonna post this. I actually linked this video here a few weeks ago.

Yes that guy is insane, I have only 1/100th of his storage and organization. Plus a lot of my stuff is SMD.

I retired around 3years ago and have never been busier. I have a large store for many spares going back to the early 60s. It would be such a loss to have them destroyed!

I like your wire spool holder, very creative. I only wish i was half as organized as you, i'm still rocking the multi box system.

I'll match your 300 drawers.
And raise you 1300 (and 2 rooms, plus 600sqft of garage attic)

jacco, that's all ya got?

besides the stuff IN the lab (32' x 10') I have a semi trailer 35' x 8' plus an office trailer full (25' x 8')... something like 25+ of those parts drawer units, plus nifty wide steel drawers on slides that I dearly wish I had bought more of when I could have... and shelves. Too many shelves. Too darn much stuff...
