What are you drinking?

Had Japanese beer tasting tonight, 1 Sapporo and 1 Asahi, former quite ok, latter was a bit of disappointment lacking body and taste, both brewed in EU under license so can't tell how they differ from a genuine.

Yesterday a friend came over and we had a beer, or five.
It was great, been a long time.
The company was also nice.

Maybe I'll start thinking about what to brew for summer. It's a very balanced beer though so it might work well with warmer weather.
Maybe I'll cross a classic pilsner with a ruby red or something.

A good choice. At one time when I used to work 18 hour days, on my feet with no chance for lunch, I would just bring 4 litres of milk with me. I learned just how wholesome it is, as I'd look forward to more even though I'd had so much. Especially delicious when just warm.
