Welcome to the diyAudio Store support forum. This space is for discussing anything to do with the store or its products.

Questions:
Please ask away - if you're wondering about something there is a very good chance someone else will be wondering about the same thing in the future! The intention is that by answering lots of questions, these answers will eventually be aggregated into concise FAQs appended to first post in each thread and help everybody.

Feedback:
We of course welcome praise but constructive criticism is even more welcome. Design is a natural iterative process of testing, feedback and improvement and with the advent of discussion forums that process is now wide open for manufacturers to interact directly with their customers.

We think all our designs are great and we've spent a lot of time testing them prior to making them available. However if you think something can be done better, please let us know how and give as much specific detail as is required to implement your ideas. This forum will be moderated with this spirit in mind.
