I did a 900 MOSFET purchase and matching session a few months ago as vendor stock was severely dropping and prices were rising. Bigger batch = tighter matches.

I'll hold prices as above. Send a PM and let me know what you're building, and I can make up a kit for your project. I think I've done every First Watt combination plus the Turbos, and others.

The picture is from the middle of the matching session, which my wife calls MOSFET Mah jongg.

1,000 more IRFP240s have been matched today. 200+ are going to the Classic Aleph group buy #2.

That leaves plenty for other builds. I have 9240’s on the shelf, too.
