No maintenance techniques,deal with friends who need it.
The cause of the fault:It may be that the battery on the CPU board leaks and corrodes the circuit.
Preventing greater damage,has removed bad batteries.
Location in China.
Buyer pay shipping.
Panasonic VP-7706=US$300.
