This is a beautiful sounding phono pre that has been in operation for years with zero issues. As a bonus, it has adjustable gain via external knobs (L-M-H) and adjustable resistive and capacitive loading via sockets inside the case. Accommodates anything from a .2mv LOMC to a Shure M44-7. Just needs a power supply, two inexpensive wall-warts will do since the Pearl 2 has extensive filtering built-in.
Asking $350, which is around the cost of boards and components. The case, switches, and other hardware make this a $400 plus phono pre that is pretty much unbeatable. Will consider a trade for a LOMC cartridge. Happy to audition if you are near southeastern PA/northern DE/MD.
