I bought 2 pairs and only need one set. This set is close at vGS -1.6 and -1.8 [ Drain at 19V with Iq @ 1A8 ] NOS bought from Tomo within the past few weeks. I paid $110 - will ship (included) for $100 within USA. thanks..dB
