Specialist resistors for RF applications, made by Susumu. Date from 1970.
These are thin film construction, but the resistive element is planar not spiral wound for lowest capacitance. In appearance they look like a mica capacitor. Size is about 15 mm long.

These were custom order, research-grade parts. Precision, high quality, Japan made. I don't know the tolerance, but it appears to be exceptionally high.
